A local tax of 3,00 Euro per person/night will apply as of 2014.
Children under the age of 14 are exempted from the local tax.

Availability of washing machine, dryer and laundry service (extra charge).

Conditions

On the day of your arrival the apartments will be available at 3 pm.

We ask you to vacate the apartments at the latest at 10 am on the day of your departure.

The booking will be valid after having transferred the deposit within a week.
The deposit per week is 200,- €.

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you the right to withdraw under the following cancellation conditions within the meaning of Art. 1382 ZGB.
Please note: The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit to confirm (booking security) and the booking confirmation being sent. The deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 4 days from the travel price. Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.

The final cleaning is included in the rate.
